At RaceGrid, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes plans change.

RaceGrid accepts change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where applicable, RaceGrid will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customised Products

As RaceGrid products may include customised or limited-edition elements, customised products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

This includes products made to specific customer requirements or personalised upon request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
