Processing Times

All RaceGrid orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During product launches, promotional periods, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will communicate any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalised.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays and regional locations.

International Shipping

RaceGrid proudly ships internationally.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

RaceGrid cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully package all products to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, RaceGrid is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
